"As within, so without; as above so below."
A big part of my weight loss has been my practice with the law of attraction and acting "as if". But to act as if you are already at your goals requires you to research the behaviors and habits of those who are already there.
You can't change your habits of you actively identify what triggers those impulses. You are in so much more control of your life than you think. Take that control and ACTUALLY DO THE DAMN THING. It's gonna suck. It's gonna feel like you are missing out on so much at the beginning. But consistency will reveal results which will make it all worth it.
